Administration of all Windows File/Print Servers/VMs and Office365 with Active Directory and Azure Services. Utilized and managed Mimecast Spam Gateway, certified Mimecast Gateway Technical Professional. Configured and deployed ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services), Duo Two-Factor Authentication, CloudGenix SDWAN solutions at 22 sites, implemented Power BI Premium, setup special project servers for SQL, SSRS & 2FA. Upgraded select servers from Windows Server 2008R2 to Windows Server 2012R2 and 2016, both physical and virtual. Assisted Help Desk with Windows 7 to Windows 10 conversion. Desktop and server patch management using SCCM. Network system health monitoring using Orion and SolarWinds, assisted with configuration and management of Fidelis Managed Detection and Response system and remediation based on SOC notifications, Active Directory and Exchange Online PowerShell scripting. Day-to-day client support for 50 local users and over 200 remote users at 50+ power plants located around the country. Rollout of Citrix based VDI environment for all users. Worked with eSentire to implement intrusion sensors and monitoring systems and endpoints. Recently completed company-wide migration from hosted Exchange to O365 email and Office 2016. Migrated the company from outsourced support resources to create a new IS Department and Help Desk, Configure and administer Carbon Black, Kaseya, Desktop Authority and Group Policy Objects for PC remote control and support.
